The hotel features a decent pool area, which, although closed during my visit, likely offers a good escape for kids in warmer months. The layout of the grounds seems promising for leisurely walks, and the overall ambiance hints at something potentially relaxing if well-maintained.
Rooms felt outdated and lacked essential comforts. for example, the lack of a fridge made it tough to keep drinks cool. I found room 133's water not draining properly. The leisure facilities being closed for two days was disappointing, especially as we extended our stay for that reason. The bar area appeared unkempt, and the food quality was inconsistent. I received a lukewarm pasta dish which didn’t meet my expectations. Lastly, the lift was out of order during my stay, which added an extra hassle schlepping bags up the stairs.

Had a blast with friends! The restaurant served delicious food, and the pool area was spot on. We also checked out a nearby pub for dinner, just a quick walk away. For future guests, breakfast is a must-try! Totally recommend it for a fun getaway.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep at times.

The spa facilities are lacking, more like a leisure center than a true spa. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff make for a comfortable stay.

Great stay for our family!
We had a lovely time! The staff were super friendly and our room was spotless. The kids enjoyed the spa, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! Only issue was the room was a bit small for us, but it worked out fine. The location is gorgeous for walks, close to loads of attractions. Will definitely come back!

Exceptional Stay with Attentive Service!
Our family had a wonderful two-night getaway. The spacious Executive room was immaculate, and the spa facilities were a highlight. Dinner was exquisite. the homemade sausages were a delightful surprise. The staff, especially Manuel the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Don't miss the breakfast buffet!

Cozy stay with helpful staff
We spent 2 nights in a classic twin room. Staff was super friendly from the get-go and even offered us an upgrade! The pool area was really nice, but we did have to brave some heavy rain to get to the spa. Breakfast was tasty, especially the made-to-order vegetarian sausages, but portions were a bit small.
